The ALICE Project is a comprehensive one-day event focused on advancing gender equality through a variety of activities such as talks, artistic showcases, and interactions with local businesswomen.

The ‘big idea’ is to challenge norms, inspire positive change, and celebrate the power of equality through a blend of thought-provoking artistic expressions and discussions. Through music and creative expression, the ALICE Project aimed to foster an atmosphere of openness, since art promotes different interpretations instead of pressuring us to accept just one.

The objectives of the ALICE Project are:

• To educate society about gender equality.
• To raise awareness among people about the main points of feminism: the
  importance of diversity and strengthening social bonds rather than promoting
  hierarchical relationships.
• To inspire new generations.
• To promote a structural and continuous strategy to guarantee genuinely
  positive structural changes for the people involved.
