The ALICE Project is a comprehensive one-day event dedicated to advancing gender equality and women’s empowerment through a rich programme of talks, performances, exhibitions, and meaningful interactions with local businesswomen.
Its big idea is to challenge established norms, inspire positive change, and celebrate the power of equality by blending thought-provoking artistic expression with open dialogue. Through music and creative practices, the ALICE Project seeks to cultivate a space of openness and reflection, recognising that art encourages multiple interpretations rather than pressuring us into a single perspective.
At its core, the project emphasises the importance of community and independence -building supportive networks among women, amplifying independent voices, and creating an environment where collective strength and individual autonomy can thrive side by side.
Objectives of the ALICE Project
